（一）安装原则

  1、安装高度：视雨季或旱季不同情况具体考虑，乌苏混流泵安装，要求吸上真空高度不超过泵的吸程。

  2、安装位置的选择:尽可能靠近水源，机械密封混流泵安装，做到既保证安全、又缩短进水管路，排污混流泵安装，减少扬程损失。

 2、水泵起动后有一股水就不出水了

 1、吸入的水中有过多气泡

 2、吸水管中窝存空气

 3、吸水管或连接处垫料不严密有进气现象

 4、底阀或叶轮有水草杂物填塞

 1.There are too many bubbles in the

 2.There is air in the suction pipes

 3.The paddings in connected parts are

 imprecision and produces leaking phenomenon

 4.There are waterweeds and sundries

 filled in the bottom valve or impeller

 1、检查进水管末端是否在水平面以下一米左右

 2、排除空气

 3、高速垫料，填塞缝隙拧紧螺栓

 4、消除水草杂物

 1.Check the end

 of water inlet pipe if it is under the water surface at one meter

 2. Remove the

 air

 3.Add padding to

 fill the gaps and then tighten the bolts

 4.Clear the

 waterweeds and sundries.

效率下降原因

1、由于水流的冲刷，水泵流道内壁和叶轮过水面变得粗糙不平，水泵内流道的摩阻系数增大，再加上水在泵内的流速很大，水头损失增加。水力效率降低。

2、由于在泵前投加或水质等原因，使泵壳内严重积垢或腐蚀。泵壳内积垢严重的可以使泵壳壁厚增加2ram左右，工业混流泵安装，而且水泵内壁形成垢瘤，使泵体容积缩小、抽水量减少、并且流道粗糙，水头损失增加。客积效率和水力效率都降低。

隔膜泵3、由于水泵加工工艺造成的铸造缺陷、汽蚀、磨蚀、腐蚀和化学浸蚀等原因造成泵流道内产生空洞或裂缝，水流动时产生旋涡而造成能量损失。水力效率降低
