安装前，将电机输入轴、**凸台及减速机连接部位的防锈油用或锌钠水擦拭净。其目的是保证连接的紧密性及运转的灵活性，并且防止不必要的磨损。
Before installation，reducer， the anti rust oil of the motor input shaft， the itioning protruding platform and the connecting part of the reducer is cleaned with gasoline or zinc sodium water. 在电机与减速机连接前，reducer生产商，应先将电机轴键槽与紧力螺栓垂直。为保证受力均匀，先将任意对角位置的安装螺栓旋上，但不要旋紧，再旋上另外两个对角位置的安装螺栓后逐个旋紧四个安装螺栓。
Before connecting the motor to the reducer， the key slot of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the tightening bolt first. Reverse torque support installation: the reverse torque bracket should be installed on the side of the working machine facing the reducer in order to reduce the additional bending moment on the working shaft. The rubber and other elastomers are used in the shaft sleeve of the reverse torque bracket and the fixed support junction to prevent the flexure and absorption of the torque ripple.
