The GE Fanuc IC693MDL645 16-Point Input Module is a 24 Volts DC rated positive and negative logic input module that is designed for the GE Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system. The IC693MDL645 Input Module provides 16 non-isolated input points arranged in a single group of 16 inputs in one group with a common power input terminal. The IC693MDL645 Input Module is designed to operate with either positive logic or negative logic characteristics, and this feature makes it suitable for a wide range of input devices such as pushbutt***, limit switches, and electronic proximity switches. The IC693MDL645 Input Module can be installed in any I/O slot of the Series 90-30 PLC that supports a 5-slot or 10-slot baseplate.The IC693MDL645 Input Module utilizes either the user-supplied external DC power supply or an isolated 24 Volts DC power supply. This module has an input voltage range of 0 to 30 Volts DC and a maximum backplane power c***umption rating of 80 milliamps at 5 Volts DC and 125 milliamps at 24 Volts DC. The IC693MDL645 Input Module’s inputs operate with 15.5 to 30 Volts DC on-state voltage per input and 3.2 milliamps of minimum on-state current per input. It has up to 1500 Volts of isolation between the logic side and the field side. The IC693MDL645 Module has both wiring and current identification information within the insert of the module, and it is color-coded for the easy identification of its voltage class (low voltage). On the front of this module are 2 horizontal rows of LEDs (8 LEDs per row) that are individually numbered to indicate the on or off status of each input point.
