1.简介
单晶刚玉是以铝矾土为主要原料，配加适量的硫化物，经高温熔炼而成。呈灰白色或浅蓝色，经过改进的颜色呈浅深红色。硬度高，韧性大，多数颗粒为单晶体，颗粒形状好，抗破碎能力强。可以用来制作陶瓷砂轮，树脂砂轮等。用其制造的磨具，适用于不锈钢、高钒高速钢的磨削，特别适用于易变形、易***工件的磨削。

1.Brief Introduction
Its main material is bauxite, which is electrically fused in high temperature, being added with the right quantity of sulphide. It is grayish white or light blue, the improved material is light ruby. It features high hardness and toughness,well-shaped grains and impact strength. It is suitable for making ceramic grinding wheels and resin bonded grinding wheels. The tools made of it are suitable for the grinding of stainless steel, high vanadium and high speed steel, especially for easily-deformed and easily –burnt workpieces.
