Attention: please read carefully this instruction and operation manual before operating the equipment.

注意事项：
ATTENTION:
1、为减少换热管结垢请使用软化水或经过处理的普通水;
To reduce the scaling please use softened-water or normal treated water;
2、请每月定期清洗喷淋水槽和更换新水，保证水质良好;
Please clean spray water sink and change water monthly to keep the water quality;
3、冬季设备运行时，对水箱和集水槽要采取防冻措施或排空，水泵不开机时，必须排净泵体内的存水; 设备停用时将冷却器管道内水吹干，以防冻;
In winter, water tank and water sink need anti-freeze acti*** or empty the water; water in the pump need to be empty if pump stops running; water in the copper tube need to be swept out to anti-freeze;
4、定期检查收水器和清理进风口及水箱、水槽内的杂物;
Clean the dirty in the water collector and Inlet/Outlet of the water sink and water tank timely;
5、设备的安装和***维修必须由***人员作业。
Equipment installation and maintenance need to be done by professional operators;
6、严禁在无水的状态下使用水泵;
Forbidden to use the pump in water shortage situation;
7、风机、水泵的旋转方向应与铭牌箭头一致;
Rotation of fan and pump need to accordance with the nameplate arrow;
8、严禁在面板上焊接其它部件，必须使用柔性吊具进行起吊;保证不***设备表层,防止生锈;
Forbidden to weld other parts on cooling tower; need to use flexible hanger for lifting; no damage to the equipment surface to ***oid rusty;
9、集水槽内加水不能低于***低水位标识;
Water level in the sink can’t be lower than the level mark;
10、设备进风口至少留置（1～3m)根据型号定)的通风口;
Wind inlet mush keep 1~3 meters distance for wind channel;
11、主塔和辅机尽量放置在同一平面上。
Main tower should be in same level as pump unit.
警告！
WARNING!
1、安装和检修时必须切断电源。
Power must be cut off during installation and maintenance;
2、请勿在设备运行时进行检修。
No maintenance or checking during running;
3、在设备使用过程中，周围严禁明火。
No flame during equipment running;
4.在设备运行中，严禁将头和手伸进风筒内。
Forbidden to put hands or head into fan duct during equipment running;
5、风机、水泵外壳应可靠接地。
Fan and pump housing need to connect to ground;
6、风机、水泵的接线必须由***电工操作。
Fan and pump connection need to be done by professional electricians.
7、请按设备使用要求定期检查和维护。
Please check and maintain the equipment timely.
