进口气动薄膜波纹管调节阀
德国（莱克）原装进口气动波纹管密封调节阀10T50系列波纹管密封套筒调节阀，采用套筒导向，压力平衡式阀芯，适用于压差较大的场合。利用平衡密封环代替上阀座，使传统的套筒双座阀结构变为套筒单座结构，这一改进大大提高了套筒阀的泄漏等级。阀盖处采用波纹管加填料双重密封，从根本上杜绝了介质外漏的可能性。该类型调节阀适用于***或者珍贵介质的流量压力控制。
阀芯利用压力平衡式结构，启闭力小通过较小的执行机构推力就能控制高压差的工况。密封性能好、允许压差大。套筒导向，导向面积大，稳定性好，结构紧凑，可以快速在线更换阀内件，维修效率高，节约人力和时间。平衡式阀芯结构确保所需的执行机构推力***小。
he 10T50 Series bellows seal cage control valve adopts the cage guided structure and pressure balanced plug. It is suitable for applicati*** with relatively high differential pressure. The balanced seal ring replaces the upper seat to change the traditional cage double-seat structure into the cage single-seat structure. This improvement has greatly enhanced the shut-off class of the cage valve. The double sealing structure of the bellows and packing is adopted at the bonnet to thoroughly eliminate the possibility of media leaking to the outside. This kind of control valve is suitable for flow and pressure control of poisonous or precious media.
The plug makes use of the pressure balanced structure, the opening and closing force is low and the media under service conditi*** with high differential pressure can be controlled through relatively low actuator thrust. With such features as good sealing performance, high allowable differential pressure, cage guiding, large guiding area, good stability and compact structure, it can realize fast replacement of trims on the line with high maintenance efficiency, s***ing manpower and time. The balanced plug structure makes sure that the actuator thrust required is the lowest.
