ABS surface pretreatment is necessary to pre treat the plastic surface before painting, in order to improve the adhesion of the coating on the surface of the plastic and improve the appearance of the plastic. Annealing or surface treatment can be used to eliminate stress. Annealing treatment is to heat the ABS plastic molding parts below the thermal deformation temperature, that is, 60 degrees centigrade, and heat preservation 2H. In order to reduce investment in equipment, the whole surface treatment can be used to improve the surface condition. The formulation and process of the whole surface treatment are listed in Table 1. Drying: if the material is sealed before processing, there is no need to dry. However, if the storage container is opened, it is recommended to dry at 85 C hot air.
