轴承孔可以通过检查具有内径的外微米上的参考尺寸和通过测量轴承孔的圆度和圆柱度来测量。温度过高的轴承往往会减小轴承的孔径,而且圆度过大,非常不利于轴承的正常运行。如果连杆螺栓的位置松动,连杆轴承盖就会移位,导致轴承孔圆度变差。轴承孔的圆度误差应控制在尺寸公差之内,圆柱度应严格控制。
Bearing holes can be measured by checking the reference size on the outer micron with the inner diameter and by measuring the roundness and cylindricity of the bearing holes. High temperature bearings tend to reduce the bore diameter of bearings, and the roundness is too large, very unf***orable to the normal operation of bearings. If the position of the connecting rod bolts is loose, the connecting rod bearing cap will shift, causing the bearing hole roundness to become worse. The roundness error of bearing hole should be controlled within dimensional tolerance, and cylindricity should be strictly controlled.
(1)南京INA轴承厚度:外径千分尺的固定平台由平面变为球面,用于测量轴承厚度。轴承厚度应控制在0.005~0.010mm的范围内,否则轴承内径会过大。轴承在开口附近有轻微的变薄,因此测量时应注意。
(1) Nanjing INA Bearing Thickness: The fixed platform of external micrometer changes from plane to spherical surface for measuring bearing thickness. Bearing thickness should be controlled in the range of 0.005 ~ 0.010mm, otherwise the bearing inner diameter will be too large. The bearing has slight thinning near the opening, so we should pay attention to it when measuring.
(2)轴承和南京INA轴承孔紧密配合:通过延伸弹簧和轴承的剩余高度确保密封。在测量残余表面高度的方法下,按照规定装配轴承,将十字轴承盖螺栓固定到规定的扭矩,松开其中一个螺栓并用塞子测量轴承盖接头处的间隙。其数值应在0.05-0.15mm的范围内。
(2) Bearing and Nanjing INA bearing bore close fit: by extending the remaining height of the spring and bearing to ensure sealing. Under the method of measuring the residual surface height, the bearing is assembled according to the stipulation, the cross bearing cover bolt is fixed to the prescribed torque, one of the bolts is loosened and the clearance at the bearing cover joint is measured with the plug. The value should be within the range of 0.05-0.15mm.
(3)轴承内径:在测量前,轴承应按规定进行装配,南京INA轴承盖螺栓应按规定扭矩拧紧。在用孔规校准基准尺寸后,应避免变薄。轴承内径与轴颈外径的差值与间隙相匹配。
(3) Bearing inner diameter: Before measuring, the bearing should be assembled according to the regulati***, and the Nanjing INA bearing cover bolt should be tightened according to the prescribed torque. After calibrating the reference size with hole gauge, thinning should be ***oided. The difference between the inner diameter of the bearing and the outer diameter of the journal is matched with the gap.
(4)主轴承孔同轴度:主轴承孔同轴度误差主要由轴承孔同轴度误差引起,轴承孔同轴度误差主要由缸体变形引起。当轴颈半径在规定的公差范围内时,检查轴颈和轴承的进给和关闭标记。如果主轴承进合痕位置明显不同,同轴度误差较大,可以通过刮削、镗削轴承或更换气缸来解决。否则,很难保证发动机的正常运行。
(4) coaxiality of main bearing bore: coaxiality error of main bearing bore is mainly caused by coaxiality error of bearing bore, and coaxiality error of bearing bore is mainly caused by deformation of cylinder block. When the journal radius is within the specified tolerance range, check the feed and closing marks of the journal and bearing. If the position of the main bearing entering and closing marks is ***iously different, the coaxiality error is large, which can be solved by scraping, boring bearings or replacing cylinders. Otherwise, it is difficult to ensure the normal operation of the engine.
从一个低油壳中取出少量油,用手指揉搓,用手指和拇指揉搓。如果南京INA轴承认为石油含有杂质,或不像水一样稠,甚至涩或酸,油就会变质。如果在扭矩磨削后手指上可以看到精细、光滑的金属磨削,这表明发动机的磨损部分更加严重,务须立即更换机油。
Remove a ***all amount of oil from a low oil shell, rub it with your fingers, rub it with your fingers and thumb. If Nanjing INA bearings believe that oil contains impurities, or not as thick as water, or even astringent or acid, the oil will deteriorate. If fine, ***ooth metal grinding can be seen on the finger after torque grinding, this indicates that the worn part of the engine is more serious and the oil must be replaced immediately.
在白纸上混合油(可以是滤纸),形成油点。油点从中点向外延伸约2至3小时,形成三个同心环。根据这三个区域的颜色、宽度和形状,我们可以看到油的状态。
