1、在切断蓄电池与充电器的连接之前，首先检查充电器的显示以及充电器的记录，假如充电器的面板上显示有出错的信息一般蓄电池的充电未结束，在出现故障时充电器已经中断充电过程，这时需与林德的***服务人员联系。检查确认充电情况正常时，记录充电器的充电时间，输出的容量及充电结束时单体的平均电压后，再断开蓄电池与充电器的连接。
2、清理蓄电池表面的灰尘，以免在蓄电池的表面形成放电的回路，缩短蓄电池的放电时间。但请注意不要用水冲洗，仅用干净的布擦即可。
3、检查蓄电池的单体间的连接以及蓄电池的电源输出线的连接情况，保证蓄电池的连接良好，以保证电流输出畅通。
4、在将蓄电池的插头与叉车的电器的电源插座连接前，先检查电瓶的每一单体的电解液的液面，是否在标准范围内，假如电解液的液面较低需要添加蒸馏水至标准范围（一般要求电解液的液面盖过极板10－15mm。有条件可以使用蓄电池的自动加水系统，以保证每次加水在正确的液面）。加液结束后再将蓄电池连接到叉车的电源插座。
注意：蓄电池的液面过高或充电前添加蒸馏水会引起电解液的溢出，蓄电池的电解液的液面过低会损坏蓄电池的电极板。
蒸馏水的选择： 电池在添加蒸馏水的时候应该注意是质量可靠的蒸馏水，通常的自来水，矿泉水和一般饮用水中

During the charging process, please contact Linde's after-sales service personnel. After checking and confirming that the charging is normal, record the charging time of the charger, the output capacity and the ***erage voltage of the cell at the end of charging, and then disconnect the battery from the charger.
2. Clean up the dust on the surface of the battery so as not to form a discharge circuit on the surface of the battery and shorten the discharge time of the battery. But be careful not to rinse with water, just wipe with a clean cloth.
3. Check the connection between the cells of the battery and the connection of the power output line of the battery to ensure that the battery is well connected to ensure that the current output is unblocked.
4. Before connecting the plug of the battery to the power socket of the forklift's electrical appliances, check whether the liquid level of the electrolyte of each cell of the battery is within the standard range. If the liquid level of the electrolyte is low, you need to add distilled water to Standard range (generally requires the liquid level of the electrolyte to cover the electrode plate 10-15mm. If possible, you can use the battery's automatic watering system to ensure that the water is added to the correct level each time). After filling, connect the battery to the power socket of the forklift.
Note: The battery liquid level is too high or the distilled water is added before charging will cause the electrolyte to overflow, and the battery liquid level is too low will damage the battery electrode plate.
Selection of distilled water: When adding distilled water to batteries, pay attention to distilled water of reliable quality. Common tap water, mineral water and general drinking water contain impurities and metal elements, which can cause precipitation and cause short circuits and affect battery life. Generally, when industrial distilled water is not ***ailable, higher quality (such as water filled distilled water) household distilled water can be selected.
