降温喷枪一般应用工况
1、事故喷淋降温
脱硫塔吸收塔前段需布置冷却装置，防止发生事故因温度过高对脱硫吸收塔管道产生损坏，一般需要安装冷却装置，以前大多采用的工艺是安装实心喷嘴，但是实心锥喷嘴颗粒直径，烟道底部容易出现积水，湿壁等不能完全雾化问题，大多采用二流体雾化喷枪。
2、除尘器前降温
空预器到除尘器需要安装降温装置，温度过高会损坏除尘器内部结构、除尘器损坏等，用喷嘴颗粒直径大，降温效果不理想，底部积水，如采用袋式除尘，水不能完全雾化，影响除尘器的寿命，温度高，损坏除尘器，故也需要安装颗粒直径只有几十微米的雾化喷枪，有安装维护方便的一系列优点。斐卓新型脱硝喷枪是我公司研发人员在充分吸收传统脱硝喷枪优点的基础上，进行内部结构改造而研制成功的一种新型脱硝喷枪，对于脱硝工况来说，脱硝喷嘴、喷枪良好的性能是保证脱硝效率高及运行费用、氨逃逸、热损耗低的关键。

7、耐磨材料使维护费用很低，低压元器件维护要求少，费用低。
8、使用现有的静电除尘器和布袋除尘器可以达到更高的生产水平
9、外加控制系统根据烟气温度的变化自动调节喷枪的喷水量，保护除尘器出口温度维持在适当的范围内，控制系统稳定、可靠、准确。
