




冷床是轧钢生产中重要的辅助设备。冷床的作用在于将800℃以上的轧件冷却到150~100℃以下,同时使轧件按既定方向运行,在运输过程中应保证轧件不弯曲。由于轧制产品形状繁多相差悬殊,因此,轧钢车间的冷床型式是多种多样的。
