侧壁斜度超差产生的原因为：
（1）辊型不正；压力过大，型钢与矫直辊间隙过小。
（2）辊子磨损、矫直机轴窜动过大，液压螺母没有锁紧或者止推轴承磨损过大都会引起侧壁斜度超差。
