混流泵
（一）试车：
水泵在安装完毕后，必须试车，其目的：
1、
使各种配合部分运转协调。
2、
检查和消除安装中的毛病。
3、
检查水泵的转向是否符合要求

8、填料处漏水太多
The padding is
leaking water too much
1、填料压得太松
2、填料装置不好
3、填料大小不一或磨损过多
4、填料质量差，密封性不好
5、轴套磨损太多
1.The padding is pressed too loose
2.The padding does not assemble well
3.The padding is not of niform size or it
wears too much
4.The padding is with bad quality and
tightness

1、上紧压盖到适应程度
2、调整填料搭口，使之错开一定角度而不在一个方向
3、更换填料
4、更换符合要求的石棉填料
5、更换轴套
1.Tighten the gland up to suitable degree
2.Adjust the padding jiont up to some
angle not in the same direction.
3.Change the padding
4.Change the suitable asbestos padding
5.Change the axle sleeve.
2、单级双吸离心泵
它是从叶轮两面进水的单级双吸离心泵，因泵盖和泵体是采用水平接缝进行装配的，又称为水平中开式离心泵。与单级单吸离心泵相比，效率高、流量大、扬程较高。IQ型单级单吸离心泵（又称轻小型离心泵）是针对国国情并满足用户提出结构简单、重量轻、价格低、性能好和配套方便的要求而设计的，共有84种产品，分3个派生系列，413个规格型号。但体积大，比较笨重，一般用于固定作业。适用于丘陵、高原中等面积的灌区，也适用于工厂、矿山、城市给排水等方面。
单级双吸离心泵有S型、Sh型、SA型、SLA型几种型号，S型与Sh型的区别是，从驱动端看，S型泵为顺时针方向旋转，Sh型为逆时针方向旋转。SLA型为立式单级双吸离心泵。
