FM雾化喷枪的雾化效果：
雾化喷枪是由枪身、枪头。枪身和枪头通过一连接机构连接；枪头包含一喷嘴，喷嘴内部焊有若干金属圆钢。
目前市场上销售的喷枪的喷嘴和枪针是由坚固耐磨、耐腐蚀的V4A钢经过精密的机械加工成形的，喷嘴内部是一个锥形涂料通道，与枪针的前面***部位吻合，能行成一个涂料阀门作用。
喷枪怎样才能喷出更好雾化效果，主要有以下几点：
一、涂料粘度应调在17—20秒（简易涂4杯）。
二、把喷幅旋钮开到更大。
三、把涂料流量调节旋钮拧紧，然后往回转2.5圈。
四、把枪尾的压缩空气调节旋钮开到很大，调压表调到2—2.5巴。
五、喷枪的喷嘴与工件的距离是20厘米。喷枪的喷嘴与工件应保持90度角。
六、喷枪的运行速度约在每秒移动80厘米左右。
七、喷幅重叠为雾喷、平喷1/2，湿喷为2/3。
八、涂层（双组份涂料）的间隔时间，一般为10—15分钟。因所用的设施不同，与当时当地的气候有异而间隔时间不同，以实际情况而定，不可过干或过湿。但可以轻轻地用手指测试一下工件隐蔽的部位或遮蔽纸表面，测试标准为涂料表面只留下***而不拉丝即可喷涂下一道涂膜。4、内部装有螺旋喷嘴为第二级雾化喷嘴，螺旋喷嘴的大孔径流通通道设计可有效防止堵塞等恶劣的流体环境。
