1.石材磨边机的选购***主要要看它是否能够洗得干净,而且要看它能否吹得干,尤其是看它玻璃尾部纵面是否吹得干.由于镀膜玻璃在玻璃上的使也是用越来越多,对石材磨边机也有着新的要求,就是新的刷辊要不伤害膜层。

采用外形直径不一的圆锯片对应需加工的石材线条凹凸起伏的曲线组合成近似的曲线，***行粗切割成形；随后再用一粗一细两个电镀成形轮完成***后的成形工序。这种成形方式的优点是采用切割效率很高的圆锯片仿形切掉大部分多余的石料，成型效率提高近三倍。而且，可以根据石材线条凹凸起伏的不同，锯片随意进行组合反复使用，加工转形很快。同时，加工每款石材线条，每批次只需使用1至2个成型铣磨轮，转型成本很低，越是小批量的石材线条加工，成型轮的制造成本节省的空间越大。
