混流泵
三）密封装置是由填料函、水封圈、填料压盖和铅粉（或油浸）石棉盘根填料组成。其作用有：
1、启动时防止空气吸入泵内，起密封作用。
2、抽水时防止水从泵内过多的沿轴大量流出。

1. When
starting, stop the pump from sucking air and realize the sealing function.
2. When
drawing water, stop the water running out through the axle from pump.
3.
Installation Base:The soil texture should be firm and solid.
4.
During installation, keep the pump axile in horizontal p ition.
5.The end of
water inlet pipe should be immersed under water in about one meter and far away
from the end of mud in about half meter.
6.After installing the pump,calculate the
suitable suction height and head.Under the stable water level condition,
. 在地理环境许可的条件下，水泵应尽量靠近水源，以减少吸水管的长度。水泵安装处的地基应牢固，对固定式泵站应修专门的基础。
2.进水管路应密封可靠，必须有专用支撑，不可吊在水泵上。装有底阀的进水管，应尽量使底阀轴线与水平面垂直安装，其轴线与水平面的夹角不得小于45°。水源为渠道时，底阀应高于水底0.50米以上，且加网防止杂物进入泵内。
3. 机、泵底座应水平，与基础的联结应牢固。机、泵皮带传动时，皮带紧边在下，这样传动效率高，水泵叶轮转向应与箭头指示方向一致；采用联轴器传动时，机、泵必须同轴线。
