JGZYM08S石材机械磨边机采用一套人工智能操作的控制系统，各个机械动作由电脑编写程序进行操控，通过人机界面与操作人员进行交流设定，和自动检测系统提供信号，机台共设定2套程序具有针对性的进行实施操作分别为花岗岩、大理石程序、工作时只要切换程序即可，可做到有石材时抛光系统自动工作，没石材时自动停止工作。门个抛光磨轮可以根据磨料磨损的程度不同进行自动补偿，有效保证抛光效果连续又一致。避免我工补偿带来的繁杂工作量，直到抛光轮用完操作系统会提醒进行更换，再通过一键磨轮更换功能进行下降更换，人性化的功能和技能化的操作是本设备***多的特点。观察石材磨边机的使用功率,建议采用40KHZ的频率,溶剂槽可以采用28KHZ，一定要选对设备的赫兹,因为赫兹越小粗洗的波长越大,反之拉伤的可能性越大。

1、石材磨边机使用前应检查电源电压应在额定值的10％以内，接通电源前，开关应处于断开状态。
2、使用石材磨边机前仔细检查，切割片是否有裂纹或损伤，如有请立即更换。
3、检查切片进入工作状态，不摩擦底版后才能开始切割作业。
4、工作进给要求平稳不得用力过猛，如锯片转速急剧下降时应减少进给力，以防止过载损坏机器。
5、严禁拆除防护罩进行切割。
6、锯片冷却水源为自来水，使用前将水管接通自来水龙头，出水量合适为宜。
