汽车行业的冲压。以拉深为主。在我国这部份主要集中在汽车厂、拖拉机厂、飞机制造厂等大厂，***的大型冲压拉深厂还未几见。

Stamping in the automobile industry. It is dominated by deep drawing. In China, this part is mainly conceated in automobile factories, tractor factories, aircraft manufactory and so on. Independent large stamping and drawing plants are not yet seen.
压住材料。克服传统的模具设计结构，在卸料板上开出容料间隙(即模具闭合时，卸料板与凹模贴合，而容纳材料处卸料板与凹模的间隙为材料厚t-0.03～0.05mm)。如此，冲压中卸料板运动平稳，而材料又可被压紧。关键成形部位，卸料板一定做成镶块式结构，以方便解决长时间冲压所导致卸料板压料部位产生的磨(压)损，而无法压紧材料。

检查、核对模具和冲压机床。在安装模具前，要确认冲压机床为冲压工艺的型号，并检查模具的尺寸、工作要求是否与冲压机床的技术参数（装模高度、滑块行程等）相匹配，冲压机床的状态足否良好。

清除冲压机床滑块底面、工作台面（或垫板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面内的任何杂物或***。手工扳动冲压机床飞轮（或操纵点动按钮），调整上滑块到上死点位置，并转动调节螺杆，将连杆长度调到短（即闭合高度大）。

Manually pull the stamping machine flywheel (or point moving button), adjust the upper slider to the upper dead point, and rotate the adjusting screw, the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (i. e. the maximum height of the closed height).
