JGZYM08S石材机械磨边机采用一套人工智能操作的控制系统，各个机械动作由电脑编写程序进行操控，通过人机界面与操作人员进行交流设定，和自动检测系统提供信号，机台共设定2套程序具有针对性的进行实施操作分别为花岗岩、大理石程序、工作时只要切换程序即可，可做到有石材时抛光系统自动工作，没石材时自动停止工作。门个抛光磨轮可以根据磨料磨损的程度不同进行自动补偿，有效保证抛光效果连续又一致。避免我工补偿带来的繁杂工作量，直到抛光轮用完操作系统会提醒进行更换，再通过一键磨轮更换功能进行下降更换，人性化的功能和技能化的操作是本设备***多的特点。

石材磨边机是一种加工及磨光各种花岗石、大理石、石英石的直边线条的磨边机， 适用于花岗石、大理石、石英石等各类板材的直线、圆弧、磨边、腰线、脚线等板材的磨削成型加工。
据本厂负责人介绍，石材磨边机是采用非标电机、磨轮盘组装在一起成为专用磨头，磨削头安装在悬挂梁上和机架上，可使磨削头整体移动，磨边机传动采用无级调速。
石材磨边机对线条的粗磨、精磨、抛光可一次完成，即提高了生产效率和线条品质，又节省了成本。石材磨边机是一种多功能机器， 可对玻璃、陶瓷类板材进行磨削加工，加工板材厚度***厚达到60mm。
2、成型铣磨轮的使用成本降低
本设备只需要一粗一细两个成型铣磨轮就能胜任连续成型工序，使成型铣磨轮的使用数量降到***少，既充分发挥了成型铣磨轮对于石材线条的成形及抛光承前启后的不可替代的作用，达到降低石材线条成形加工成本的目的，又限度的减少了成型铣磨轮的制造成本。
3、破损率低
圆锯片薄，接触面小，因此施加给石材的压力相当于成型铣磨轮的压力大幅度降低因此破损率大大降低。由于成型部分80%以上采用锯片切割，二个成型铣磨轮的铣磨量相对于原来石材线条成型设备成型时铣磨轮的铣磨深度大大减少，压力及破损率降低的效果更明显。
