工作原理(Working principle):
本机为锤式高速粉碎机,物料由料斗经螺旋输送杆进入粉碎室,被高速旋转的锤子击碎,而获得粉碎,粉碎好的物料经旋转离心力的作用,自动进入捕集袋,粉尘由吸尘箱经布袋过滤回收。该机按“GMP”标准设计,全部用不锈钢材料制造,生产过程中无粉尘飞扬,且能提高物料的利用率,降低企业成本,目前已达***水平。
This machine is of hammer type high speed crusher, material is fed into the crushing chamber by a hopper through screw conveyor and crushed by high speed rotating hammer, the crushed material is entered into the catcher automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered by dust collector through a bag.
