1、单螺杆泵严禁在泵腔无液体的情况下空运转,必须在启动前由泵进口把液体注入泵体后再启动螺杆泵,以免空转磨损螺杆泵定子。
2、启动单螺杆泵前还得必须先确定螺杆泵的运转方向,螺杆泵不能反转。
3、新安装或长时间停泵数天后的单螺杆泵,不能立即起动,也应该向泵体注入适量润滑剂或螺杆泵输送的液体,再用管子钳扳动螺杆泵几转后才可以起动。
4、不锈钢螺杆泵输送高粘度的液体或含有腐蚀性的介质后,应该用清水或者溶剂进行冲洗螺杆泵泵腔,防止堵塞以免造成下次起动螺杆泵时困难而损坏定子。
5、冬天使用单螺杆泵温度偏低不使用时应该排除泵体积液,防止泵体冻裂或者泵内结冰下次起动时拉坏定子。
6、使用过程中轴承箱内应定期加润滑油,发现轴端有渗流时,要及时处理或调换油封。
7、在运行中如发生异常情况,应立即停泵检查原因,排除故障。
现将在现场采用同规格的G型单螺杆泵及齿轮泵在完全相同工况条件下并在输送出口压力为1 MPa时进行了简单的对比,测量了这样两组数据:当输送重油粘度约为75×102-6m2/ s时,齿轮泵出口压力表的指针跳动幅度为±0.16,三螺杆泵出口压力表的指针跳动幅度为±0.05,双螺杆泵出口压力表的指针跳动的幅度为±0.04 ;而当输送重油粘度约为150×102-6m2/ s时,齿轮泵出口压力表的指针跳动幅度为±0.22,三螺杆泵出口压力表的指针跳动的幅度为±0.06,双G型单螺杆泵出口压力表的指针跳动的幅度为±0.04。这说明,G型单螺杆泵在重油的输送和喷燃过程中,介质的输送压力很稳定。并且随着介质粘度的加大,G型单螺杆泵(尤其是双螺杆泵)的无脉动特点相比之下更为明显。
