混流泵
三）密封装置是由填料函、水封圈、填料压盖和铅粉（或油浸）石棉盘根填料组成。其作用有：
1、启动时防止空气吸入泵内，起密封作用。
2、抽水时防止水从泵内过多的沿轴大量流出。

（一）试车：
水泵在安装完毕后，必须试车，其目的：
1、
使各种配合部分运转协调。
2、
检查和消除安装中的毛病。
3、
检查水泵的转向是否符合要求

after installation for the following purp
1.Make all
parts cooperate well.
2.Check and
remove the problems during the installation.
3.Check the
diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.
5、泵运转时注意有无杂音及泵内是否有剧烈的磨擦和撞击声，如有就停车检查。
When the pump is
running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if
there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.
6、检查进、出水管路有无进气漏气现象。
Check the
water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.
7、如电机与水泵为直联传动，需检查电机与水泵的轴心线是否在同一直线上，以防转时振动。

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same
line to ***oid vibrating.
2、单级双吸离心泵
它是从叶轮两面进水的单级双吸离心泵，因泵盖和泵体是采用水平接缝进行装配的，又称为水平中开式离心泵。3～720立方米/时，扬程16～600米，进水口径：50、75、100、125、150、200毫米，其中50～125毫米泵型为高转速2950转/分，150～200毫米泵型转速为1480转/分。与单级单吸离心泵相比，、流量大、扬程较高。但体积大，比较笨重，一般用于固定作业。适用于丘陵、高原中等面积的灌区，也适用于工厂、矿山、城市给排水等方面。
单级双吸离心泵有S型、Sh型、SA型、SLA型几种型号，S型与Sh型的区别是，从驱动端看，S型泵为顺时针方向旋转，Sh型为逆时针方向旋转。SLA型为立式单级双吸离心泵。
