自动焊接操作机作为一种焊接辅助机械，可根据用户工艺要求选配焊接系统。该设备横臂伸缩采用交流变频无级调速，速度平稳，机头装有电动十字微调机构，对焊缝位置进行微调，横臂升降附有防链条断裂和下滑***装置，立柱回转有制动装置，安全可靠。
As an assisting welding machine, automatic welding manipulator can be selected for mating welding system according to the art demands of customers. The stretching of cross arm adopts AC transduction stepless timing and runs with a steady speed. The head is equipped with electric cross fine tuning mechanic, which may tune the position of welding line. Cross arm lifting is accompanied with chain break-proof and gliding guarantee device. Post revolving has arresting device and is fairly safe.

焊接变位机一般由工作台回转机构、翻转机构及电控系统组成，通过工作台翻转和回转使固定在工作台上的工件达到所需的焊接或装配角度。工作台回转为变频无级调速，可得到***佳的焊接速度。由于偏心距和***距的原因，对工件较长和***位置偏移较多的工件，应选择稍大一点的型号。标准型焊接变位机不能满足所有工件，选择时务请提供需加工工件的形状及重量，以及加工工艺，本公司会提供出合适的方案作参考。

该机利用车削原理，对管子进行割断、开坡口。刀具进给有手动与电动两种，适用于φ20-114mm管子的加工，大批量管子加工尤为适用。
This machine is adopted with milling principle to cut tubes and bevel them. The cutter feeding covers the manual feeding and the motor-driven feeding. The machine is suitable for processing the tubes (?20-114mm), especially good for mass processing tubes.
