Buehler的PlanarMet? 粗磨机设计用于金相样品一步的初
始平面磨削，作为通过Buehler? Sum-Met?或传统样品制备方
法进一步磨抛加工的前期步骤。它适用于广泛的不同尺寸大
小和几何形状的样品。高扭矩马达可以满足于制备大体积的
样品。材料切除量可设置为0.200英寸到0.001英寸（0.02-5
毫米）。其设计有精密轴承预紧、平衡电枢、密封外壳，可
