6kV~35kV 交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆
XLPE Insulated Power Cable

　　交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆是采用化学方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由线型分子结构转变为三维网状结构,由热塑性的聚乙烯变成热固性的交联聚乙烯,从而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、机械性能和耐环境能力，并保持了优良的电气性能。
　　交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆导体的允许长期***高温为900C，较低绝缘电缆、聚***绝缘电缆和聚乙烯绝缘电缆高，且具有重量轻、结构简单、使用方便、耐化学腐蚀和敷设不受落差限制等优点。
　　近年来，公司先后按IEC标准为***城网改造、首都国际机场、北京西客站、******、安顺电厂、泰山***站、二滩水电站、北仑电厂、伊敏电厂、扬州二电厂、上海地铁、宝钢集团、扬子石化等***工程提供该系列产品，质量优良，获得用户一致好评。CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE(XLPE)INSULATED POWER CABLE
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i. e. thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE h***e been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 900C which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in c***truction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.
According to the standa*** of IEC, in the last few years, We h***e supplied XLPE cables to the Chinese urbon power network rec***truction project, Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing West Railway Station, *** Station, Anshun Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Ertan Hydroelectric Power Station , Beilun Power Plant, Yimin Power Plant, Yangzhou Second Power Plant, Shanghai Subway, Bao Steel Group and Yangzi Petrochemical Company, etc.. The products were given highly evaluation from customers.

　　本产品按GB12706《额定电压35V及以下铜芯、滤芯塑料绝缘电缆》标准生产，同时还可根据用户需要按国际电工***会推荐标准IEC、英国标准、德国标准及美国标准生产。

　　本产品适用于工频额定电压3.6/6kv～26/35kv输配电线路作配送电能子用。

使用特性Operating characteristics
· 工频额定电压U0/U为3.6/6kv～26/35kv。
Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kv～26/35kv.
· 电缆导体的***高允许工作温度：90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路时（***长时间不超过5s）电缆导体的***高温度不超过2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.
(5s maximum duration)
· 电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于00C。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C.
· 电缆弯曲半径：三芯电缆不小于电缆外径15倍；单芯电缆不小于电缆外径20倍。
The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.

电缆额定电压的选择 Voltage designation
· 电缆的额定电压应适合于电缆系统的运行状况，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。
U0－电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压；
U－电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压；
Um－设备可承受的“***高系统电压”的***大值。

U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

C类系统──不属于A类、B类的系统。

System category B ──This category comprises those system which,under faultconditi***,are operated,are operated for ashorttimewith one phase earthed.This period should not exceed 1 h..Fora longer period, not exceeding 8h on any occasion, can be tolerated.The total duration of earth faults in any year should not exceed 125h.
