工作程序 本机工作时，当准备工作(除尘系统、分离器提升机、螺旋输送器等运行)完毕后，机器开始正常工作。首先，电动葫芦在室体外装上工件后吊起，将工件开进清理室，当到达抛丸工位时，大门开始关闭，工件开始自转，此时打开抛丸器，开供丸闸，开始对工件进行抛丸清理，清理一段时间后，关闭供丸闸门，关闭抛丸器，关闭除尘系统，打开大门，工件吊出室体卸件。重复上述过程直至工作完毕，按顺序停机。
