AL-FLUX

IN recent years, AL-FLUX method has been widely used in zhe brazing process of aluminium and its alloys.The product introduced here is just the brazing agent used in the brazing process.

PROPERTIES: white crystal powder ,***erage particle size 3.5-8.0μm ,and all through 500 mesh sieve; composed by KF-ALF, Molecular rate near 1.2,melting point 557℃~565℃.solubility in 1000g water at 20℃ is 0.23-0.33g/cm,density:2.7g/cm,bulk density:0.35-0.55g/cm.PH value in water:6-7.It is clear and transparent while melting and highly active under high temperature; It can get ride of ALO coating on AL surface to make the brazing agent spread evenly and wetly. It also has good joint filling property through capillary. under normal temperature, after brazing, the glass-like residues is insoluble in water,nonhygroscopic,non-corrosion and dem***trates completely inactive. The usage quantity of thin brazing agent is quite less, especially when braze under the protection or Nitrogen. It doesn’t need to be washed after brazing and its usage is convenient, which showsits great advantage.
