Function
The machine is applicable to the flour mixing procedure during noodle production and is the ideal supporting dough-making facility of the 4-10 t/shift noodle production line. It can also be used together with other large-scale flaking machine units, as well as be used to mix power of medicine and chemical industries.
Features
The machine adopts vertical, double-shaft, and artificial mixing mode. Cylinder, agitating vane and parts contacting the mixture are all made of special food stainless steel. And the machine runs stably with low noise. Using drum revolving door as discharging hole, the machine has good sealability and no flour spill and is convenient to clean and sterilize, h***ing been up to the hygiene standa***. Dough mixed with the machine is golden, incompact, even, elastic, ***ooth, tasty and pliable, and will not mix with soup. Supported by electronic scale and quantitative water pot, the machine can realize automatic flour and water feeding.
