WATERMARK DETECTION
In order to protect the bill or documents against countefeiters,the use of water marks and special plastic or metallic lines,are very reproduce these special lines and watermarks in the right position and with clarity it's almost impossible for counterfeiters.
To use this function:
1.Press the "water mark "button down.
2.Place the bill or document over the lighted plastic display on the main panel.
Ifthe bill or document is genuine,you will see watermarks and/or special line inside.Observe carefully the position and quality of the impression.
In the event of a counterfeit bill or document,there will be no marks and/or lines.If there are marks and/or lines,there will be of poor quality impression and will not be well positioned in the bill or document.
UV FLUORESCENT DETECTION
Real bill under ultr***iolet rays usually absorb the UV light and will show special marks amde with fluorescent ink.On the other hand, most counterfeit bills will reflect the UV light and a sensor on this unit will activate a sonic alarm.
To use this function
1,Press the "Ultr***iolet"button down.
2,Adjust the Fluorescent Sensitivity Adjust until the red LED light above the adjuster turns on.
3,Place the suspected bill,credit card,or tr***eler's cheques.
If the sonic alarm sounds the bill is the event that the bill is genuine there should be no sound ,and you will be able to observe special fluorescent marks and lines on it.The same will apply to special documents.
MAGNETI*** DETECTION
Many bills,such as U.S. DOllar,Sterling Pounds,Italian Liras,etc.,as well as tr***eler's cheques and credit ca***,use magnetic ink as security features against counterfeiters.
To use this function:
1,Press the"Magneti***" button down.
2,Rub the magnetic areas of the bills against the magnetic head of The Multi-functi*** Money Detector.
3，The "Magnet Indicator"will light up indicating that there is magneti*** in that specific area.
