微囊藻毒酵素***分析套組
(ELISAScreen kit for Microcystins)
A. 簡介
本分析套組用於定量分析藻類食品及飲用水中的微囊藻***（Microcystin，
以下簡稱 MCY）的含量。其檢測原理根據直接競爭型酵素***分析法（dcELISA）
所研***，待測樣品中所含的 MCY 會與 HRP-MCY 接合物共同競爭已預先附著在微孔
內的限量 MCY 抗體，呈色數值***與標準品曲***比較定量。
A. General description
The ELISASreening Kit is an immunochemical test for the quantitation of
Microcystins (MCY) in algae or water samples. The test principle is based on a
direct competitive enzyme-linked Immunosorbent assay (dcELISA). In the assay,
MCY toxin in the sample competes with horseradish peroxidase-conjugated
MCY for a limited amount of antibody which has been coated on the bottom of
the test wells.
