概述
YBPZ（BP-800ZN）智能型压力变送器是采用美国GE 公司的NOVA SENSOR高精度隔离型扩散硅传感器组件，通过HART协议的高可靠性智能电路， 将被测介质的压力转换为4~20mADC标准电信号。同时利用在4~20mA传输线上迭加一个数字信号进行通讯（采用HART协议）、 查询和自诊断。通过PC机或手操器（通讯器）可以在现场或控制室对该变送器进行远程控制或重新组态。高质量的传感器精湛的全焊接技术及完善的装配工艺确保了变送器的高质量和优良性能。
本产品有多种接口形式品种规格齐全，能够***大限度的满足客户的要求，特别适合广泛使用于各种工业现场。
General overview
YBPZ (BP-800ZN) adopt the NOVA SENSOR isolation type diffuse silicone sensor components and with the HART agreement stable capacity circuit, it transform the pressure to be 4~20mADC standard signal. At the same time, it adds another one digital signal based on 4~20mA to do the communication, inquire about and self diagnose. Using the PC device or the hand operator, you can do the distance controlling. Qualified tran***itter, excellent welding technique and the perfect installing make sure the excellent functi*** of the tran***itter.

安装
1. 直接安装在测量点上（任意角度）。
2. 尽量安装在温度梯度与温度波动小的场合，同时避免强振动和冲击。
3. 测量蒸汽或其它高温介质时，注意不要使变送器的工作温度超限。必要时请安装散热器或其它冷却装置连接。
4. 安装时应在变送器和介质之间加装压力截止阀，以便检修和防止取压口堵塞而影响测量精度。在压力波动范围大的场合还应加装阻尼器或压力缓冲装置。
Installation notes
1. Direct install to the measuring poin（t any angles）.
2. It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and ***oid the strong vibration.
3. While measuring the high temperature mediums,please do not exceed the temperature limitation.If necessary, fit it with cooling devices.
4. Add pressure cut-off valve between the tran***itter and the medium and add the dampers if the pressure changes a lot.
