BLD-3351小型化系列压力/差压变送器是采用国外应用最广泛，技术最为成熟的电容式传感器芯体，并引进国外全套生产工艺和技术，严格执行质量管理体系 9001:2000 标准，生产出的最新型系列化压力 / 差压变送器。产品模块化设计和全贴片封装，多款精致独特的塑料模具配以先进的激光雕刻手段，使得产品更加紧凑完美。
BLD-3351系列压力 / 差压变送器针对国内不同用户的要求，同时推出 N 型（普通模拟型）、和 S 型（标准智能型）二种规格；背光蓝屏液晶表头克服夜间无法读数的缺陷；智能系列通过就地按钮，可现场调零或重新标定量程，通过手操器或通讯软件还可实现无源标定和数据组态。根据用户的特殊需求，智能化系列最大可达到宽量程比（50：1）和高精度（0 . 1% ）。采用一体化电容传感器结构，从根本上消除了安装应力和密封失效问题，大大提高了可靠性和稳定性。

应用
BLD3351S 智能型差压/ 压力变送器可广泛的应用于石油、化工、钢铁、电力食品、造纸、纺织、医药、轻工、环保等工业领域，实现对各种流体的差压、压力、流量、液位等的测量和控制，适用于各种腐蚀性介质环境及恶劣、危险场所，能够最大限度的满足客户的需要。
工作原理
过程压力通过两侧或一侧的隔离膜片、灌充液传至δ室的中心测量膜片。中心膜片是一个张紧的弹性元件，它对于作用在其上的两侧压力差产生相应变形位移，其位移与差压成正比，最大位移约 0. 1 mm ，这种位移转变为电容极板上形成的差动电容，由电子线路把差动电容转换成二线制的4 ~ 20mA DC 输出信号。（见图1）
Application

Working principle
Process pressure through tow sides or one side separate diaphragm, filled liquid transmit to center measuring diaphragm of chamber. Center diaphragm is a stretch flexibility element. When it arises pressure on the sides, it will has relevant displacement, the displacement and the differential pressure are direct ratio. maximal displacement is 0. 1 mm . This kind of displacement change into differential capacitance on the capacitance board，electron circuitry transform differential capacitance into two lines 4 ~ 20mA DC output signal（scheme 1）
