Brighty Instruments YS-3 (YS-3) Solid Type Pressure Transmitter uses ceramic piezoresistance pressure sensor as sensing element(option diffused silicon sensor), meets the demands of various industrial fluid application and measurement. 工作原理
压力传感器是利用硅的压阻效应和良好的机械特性,应用扩散和离子注入技术将压敏电阻元件光刻在硅膜上。当被测压力作用于芯体的敏感元件时,传感器输出端会有相应的电压信号输出,其大小与所加压力成正比。
压力信号转换器向压力传感器提供恒流源,并把压力传感器输出的微弱电压信号放大,再经V/I 转换,输出4~20mA 恒流信号。
Working Principle
Pressure sensor utilizes piezoresistance effect and superior mechanical characteristic of silicon, pressure sensitive resistance is photoetched on silicon diaphragm using diffusion and ion-implantation technologies. When measured pressure forced on core s sensitive element, transmitter s output end produces corresponding voltage signal output, in proportion to pressure forced on.
Pressure signal converter provides constant current supply to pressure sensor, and amplify the electric signal that pressure sensor outputs, via V/I conversion, output 4~20mA constant current signal.

压力变送器应尽量安装在温度梯度和温度波动小的测压点上,同时避免强振动和冲击。高于温度使用范围的介质不应与变送器直接接触,需安装散热器或冷却装置连接,测量强腐蚀的介质时变送器应配装布莱迪公司的化学密封产品使用。
Dimensional construction and mounting type
It is suggested the pressure transmitter be mounted on measuring point with lower temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation, meanwhile avoid vibration and impact. It shall not be directly mounted where temperature limit is exceeded, a cooler or cooling device should be used in the way, Brighty Instruments chemical seal product shall be used for extremely corrosive media.
系统连接及调试
变送器在测量系统中的连接见图,建议电源电压Us 选用24V。
二次仪表中采样电阻(负载电阻)RL 的阻值选用250 Ω。如果Us 和RL 选用别的数值,那么RL 值不能超过由公式计算得到的数值。
电源通过信号线接到变送器,变送器顶部两侧面的连接孔用电缆密封或信号线装配,信号电缆通过紧固螺母锁紧,不用的那个连接口必须密封。
System connection and adjustment
Refer to scheme for wiring of the transmitter in measuring system, suggest power supply Us uses 24V.
Sampling resistance in secondary instrumen(t load resistance)RL uses 250Ω. If resistance deviates for Us and RL, RL value shall not exceed the value from formula .
Power supply is connected to transmitter via signal cable, connections holes at both sides of top of transmitter is sealed with cable or assembled with signal cable, signal cable is fastened by lock nuts, idle connection hole must be sealed.

出厂前压力变送器已按订货要求调试合格,用户无需再做调整。长时间使用后如需重新标定,可分别调整“调零电位器”和“调量程电位器”。压力量程的下限值对应于4mA,上限值对应20mA. ( Z- 调零电位器 S-调量程电位器)
Before delivery pressure transmitters has been calibrated as per ordering requirement, user doesn’t need adjustment. After long time service, it needs to be recalibrated, which can be done by adjus“t zero potentiometer” and“span potentiometer”. Lower limit represents 4mA, upper limit represents 20mA. ( Z- zero potentiometer S- span potentiometer)

4. when measuring steam or other high temperature media, make sure transmitter’s working temperature limit is observed. Fit cooler or other cooling device if necessary
5. when mounting, shut valve should be used between transmitter and medium, for easy maintenance and to prevent pressure taking port from blocking that influences measuring accuracy. Damper or pressure buffer should be used where big pressure fluctuation exists
