概述
YS2HK系列压力变送器，选用进口的高精度、高稳定性、隔离式敏感组件，该组件把固态集成工艺与隔离膜片技术结合在一起，产品可在恶劣环境下工作保持优良的灵敏度、线性度和稳定性。
YS-2HK 系列产品在0～70℃的温度范围内，温度误差小于0.5%FS，传感器信号经精密温度补偿，放大处理转换成 4～20mADC（或 1～5V.DC）标准信号。可与 DDZ- Ⅲ、DDZS 系列仪表以及工业计算机或集散系统接口，实现自动测量和控制。
General
Ys-2HK series pressure tran***itter has high precision,high stable,insulating sensitive accessory,which is connected integrated artcraft with insulating diaphragm technic.The product could keep good sensitivity , linearity and stability under the bad environment.
YS-2HK series is used in the range of 0～70℃,with error less than 0.5%FS.The signal is compensated ,magnified to standard signal 4～20mADC（or 1～5V.DC）,also begin to control automatically along with DDZ- Ⅲ、DDZS instruments ,industrial computer or system
connection.

工作原理
YS-2HK 系列变送器的核心高性能的隔离式传感器组件，该组件的敏感元件是利用单晶硅的压阻效应，在单晶硅上扩散一个惠斯登电桥，然后利用***的膜片和充硅油隔离技术封装而成。被测介质压力通过隔离膜片及密封硅油传递到硅膜片上，参考端的压力（大气压、真空或密封压）作用于硅膜片的另一侧。两边的差压使硅膜片的一侧受压缩，一侧受拉伸，由于压阻效应，四个桥臂电阻的阻值发生变化，电桥失衡，敏感元件输出一个对应压力变化的电信号。输出的电信号，经过差分放大，电压电流转换，变换成相应的电流信号，通过放大和非线性矫正环路 的补偿，以及精密的二次温度补偿，产生与输入压力输成线性关系的4~20mADC 二次制标准信号。
Operating principle
Excellent insulating sensor accessory of YS-2HK series tran***itter is established a wheatstone bridge through monocrystalline silicon Piezoresistive effection ,with advanced technology of diaphragm and silicone filling .Media pressure is transferred to silicone diaphragm by insulating diaphragm and seal silicone oil, but refered pressure (atmospheric pressure,vacuum or seal pressure) is passed to another side of silicone diaphragm.Differential pressure for both sides make one-side pressed,another elongated.Owing to Piezoresistive effection, the resistance of four bridge-arms will be changed.The bridge loses balance and sensitive parts h***e a output signal,which will transform to related current signal after differential magnifying and conversion between current and voltage. Linear 4~20mADC standard signal is formed by compensation of magnifying and non-linear rectified ring circuit ,and second temperature compensation.

安装
1. 本产品可 利用 M20 × 1.5 接口直接安装在管道上(或容器壁上)。
2. 在测量温度过高的介质时，应使用引压管或其它冷却装置，把温度降至变送器使用温度范围内；
3. 引出的信号线应注意保护，在工业现场使用时，建议使用保护管进行保护，或者把它架高。若用户因现场情况特殊，可以在订货时提出要求，我们将按照使用要求，进行专门加工，以满足各种场合的需要；
Mounting
1. This product can be mounted on pipeline directly ,making use of M20×1.5 connection(or wall of container),
2. Make temperature drop to formal range by cooling when measuring high temperature media.
3. Please protect signal line ,especially on the spot,suggest to use protection pipe or drive up.We could meet a variety of client s requirements and manufacture as specific request when ordering.
