概述
该型号为 YS1的变形产品，是一款用于过程测量的压力变送器。其核心部件电容式陶瓷传感器具有一流的测量特性，特别适合在低压测量中使用。平齐安装的电容式陶瓷传感器还具有很强的耐腐蚀性，能够抵抗大多数腐蚀性介质的侵蚀。通过选用陶瓷 Al2O3 纯度96% 的隔膜，压力变送器的介质兼容性将得到进一步提高。压力接口材料为不锈钢。传感器与压力接口的连接通过FKM 密封圈密封。其他密封件材料可视客户需求提供，请咨询。此外还有多种适合流程工业不同应用的过程连接件可供用户选用。广泛用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、制药、食品等许多工业领域。
General Remark
This type is derived from YS1, use for process measuring pressure transmitter. ItsCore component capacitance type sensor has superior measuring features, specially suitable for low pressure measurement. Flush mounting capacitance type sensor also has high corrosion-proof ability, withstand most corrosive media. By using ceramic A1203 purity 96% diaphragm, pressure transmitter’s media compatibility is further improved. Pressure connection is in stainless steel. Sensor and pressure connection are sealed using FKM sealing ring. Other sealing material can be made on request, please consult. Moreover there are many process connections for all kinds of flow industries available on request.

工作原理
变送器由传感器与电子元件线路组成，被测介质的压力直接作用于传感器的陶瓷膜片上，使膜片产生与介质压力成正比的微小位移，正常工作状态下，膜片最大位移不大于0.025mm，电子线路检测这一位移量后，即把这一位移量转换成对应这一压力的标准工业测量信号（即4～20）mA。超压时膜片直接贴到坚固的陶瓷基体上，由于膜片与基体的间隙只有0.1mm，过载时膜片的最大位移只能是0.1mm，所以从结构上保证了膜片不会产生过大变形。由于膜片采用高性能的工业陶瓷，因而使传感器具有很强的抗冲击及抗过载能力。
Working Principle
Transmitter is composed of sensor and electronic element circuit, pressure of measured medium directly applies on sensor’s ceramic diaphragm, force diaphragm to displace tinily in proportion to pressure of medium, under normal working condition, diaphragm displace no more than 0.025mm, electronic circuit detects this displacement, and convert it into standard industrial measuring signal i.e. (4～20mA) corresponding to this pressure. When overpressure, diaphragm directly stick to solid ceramic base body, as there is only 0.1mm gap between diaphragm and base body, when overpressure, the maximum diaphragm displacement could be no more than 0.1mm, (at that time, measuring diaphragm sticks to ceramic bracket, avoid damage) so structurally prevent diaphragm from excessive deformation. Because diaphragm adopts high functional industrial ceramic, sensor is significantly shock-proof and overload-proof.
