APG型磨耗试验机（SN 27650）

用途：适用于对喷涂层、类似涂层、印刷油墨的耐磨耗性能进行测试，主要针对衣物、办公纸张、控制装置、喷涂边缘或按钮等受摩擦表面的耐磨性能进行测试。尤其适用于手机按键和外壳（如西门子、摩托罗拉、三星）的耐磨耗性能测试。

设计标准：SN27650 

试验原理：沿涂层试样表面连续匀速拉动纸带，同时以一定载荷的砝码将纸带压在试样上，连续拉动纸带直到试样上没有涂层为止时试验结束，这时计算器将自动计算出拉过试样的纸带长度（cm）。根据纸带长度判断涂层或油墨的耐磨耗性能。

Abrasion Tester Type APG (SN 27650)

Suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of paintings and similiar coatings, especially on mobile phones (Siemens, Motorola, Samsung)

Application - The test procedure is to judge abrasion resistance of paintings and similiar coatings as well as of print colours. The tester can be used for all kinds of surfaces which are exposed to ***ooth mechanical loads, e.g. friction with clothes or paper of office equipment, control units, or painted edges or butt***.

The abrasion resistance can be tested on all nearly flat surfaces.
