塑料电镀表面移印油墨

油墨特性：
主要用于工电镀、电镀表面．金属．玻璃等材料上，具有高色泽、高色彩、高遮盖力、高稳定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特点。
 
印刷：丝印移印均可。
 
表干及实干时间：表干时间自然挥发1-5分钟；实干时间在12小时以内。
 
稀释及清洗：UVK1(移印**)。
 
测试方法(完全干燥后)：
1、3m胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脱油;
2、纯度99%的工业酒精，一千克砝码用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力来回拉200次无脱色;
3、 耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平来回擦500次。
 
使用方法：
1、使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时封闭；
2、搅拌时加**10-15%，稀释到印刷粘度；                                   
3、网板塞网时可用洗网水清洗；
4、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用。
 
注意事项：
1、塑胶材料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需试印确定其符合要求后，再批量印刷；
2、在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;
3、环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量；
4、根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗环境下存放。Ink characteristics:

Usage method：

2, when mixing, add **10-15%, dilute to the printing viscosity;
3, net board plug can be washed by washing net water.
4, not to be mixed with other types of ink.

Matters needing attention：
1, the appearance of the plastic material is similar, but it may be different materials. The customer needs to try to print the material after it meets the requirements.
2, in the process of transfer printing, such as drawing or dispersing, can appropriately add some slow dry paste;
3, the high temperature of the environment will affect the original quality of the ink.
4. According to the climate change, please keep away from the fire source and keep it under the dark environment.
