分支电缆是在普通电缆的基础上、根据配电的具体要求和规***置进行分支连接而成的，其结构包括三部分：分支电缆、干线电缆和分支接头，见分支电缆结构意图。其中干线电缆和支线电缆的均是众所周知的单芯电力电缆，而分支接头则有分支连接体和分支连接绝缘构成。
