4、结构 Cable c***truction
|
|
||||||||||
|
（1）导体：导体为退火裸铜线，直径分别为0.32、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.63、0.7、0.8、0.9MM
|
|
||||||||||
|
（2）绝缘：绝缘材料为高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯，型试为实芯绝缘、泡沫绝缘或泡沫皮绝缘，颜色
按照ASTMD 1534孟塞尔色谱标明。 |
|
||||||||||
|
（3）绞封：二根绝缘线绞合节距精选，以***大限度降低窜音，绞封的绝缘线按规定全色谱组合。
|
|
||||||||||
|
（4）续芯结构：绞封线组成12、13对的子单位、25对基本单位、50对超单位及100对超单位。每个
单位部用颜色扎带包扎以便识别，续芯通常由几个单位组成。 |
|
||||||||||
|
（5）填充屋（仅用于填充型电缆）续芯间隙用阻水化合物填充。
|
|
||||||||||
|
（6）缆芯包带：缆芯用一层或几层非吸潮性介电材料完全包覆。包带提供合适的电气强度，机
械强度及充分的阻热性能。 |
|
||||||||||
|
（7）护套：复合带外挤一层黑色低密度聚乙烯，二者完全粘结一起形成挡潮层护套。

(1) Conductor:Conductor shall be a solid annealed copper wire with diameter of 0.32,
0.40,0.5,0.6,0.63,0.7,0.8,0.9mm |

(2) Insutation:Insulation material shall be high ednsity polyethylene or polyethylene.Type of insulation shall be either solid,foam or foam-lore of the insulalion are speclfied in terms of the Munsell Color syetem of ASTMD1534.
|

||||||||||
|
(3) Twisted Pain:Two insulated conductors shall be twisted togetherto form a pair,The twist lengths are specially chosen to minimize the crosstalk.The insulated conductor shall be foamed into pairs in accordance with specified full color coding.
|
|
||||||||||
|
(4) Core C***trucli***:The pairs are assembled into sub-unit of 12 pairs or 13 s cunit of 25 pairs supper-unit of 50 pairs
and supper-unit of 100pairs.Each unit shall be id etihed by a lapping of colored ble core usually c***ists of severalunls. |

(5) Filling Compound (for filled cable only)The interestices of the cable core shall be filled with a water-repellent compound.
|
|
||||||||||
|
(6) Core Taping:The cable core shall be completely covered with one ormore layers of nonny groscopic shall provide a dequate dielectric chanical strengthang a sufficent heat barrier.
|
|
||||||||||
|
(7) Screen:One layer of doyble sides Alpeth tape shall be applied longitudinally on the cable core.
|
|
||||||||||
|
(8)Sheath:The black low density Alpeth tape shall be extruded over the Alpeth tape and both bonded completely to gether to form a moisture-barrier sheath.
