MS5540是MS5534气压计/高度计模块的微型版本，并且依靠电压提供了16位的的压力和温度参数。MS5540是低电压，低功耗的器件，且带自动断电开关。3线接口则可满足与微处理器的各种通讯。其他改善包括ESD敏***、当前消耗和交换器准确性。MS5540C软件兼容MS5534A、MS5534B、MS5534C、MS5540A、MS5540B。除此之外MS5540C是从它的外维尺度兼容到压力传感器MS54xx系列。传感器的胶防护在没有任何其他的防护下对在100米水深的防水手表有足够的保护。

Description
TheMS5540Cis a ***D-hybrid device including a precision piezoresistive pressure sensor and an ADC Interface IC. It is a miniature version of theMS5534Cbarometer/altimeter module and provides a 16 Bit data word from a pressure and temperature dependent voltage.MS5540Cis a low power, low voltage device with automatic power down (ON/OFF) switching. A 3-wire interface is used for all communicati*** with a microcontroller. Compared to MS5534A the pressure range (measurement down to 10 mbar) has been improved. TheMS5540Cis fully software compatible to theMS5534Cand previous versi*** of MS5540. In addition, theMS5540Cis from its outer dimensi*** compatible to the MS54XX series of pressure sensors. Compared to the previous version the ESD sensitivity level has been improved to 4 kV on all pins. The gel protection of the sensor provides a water protection sufficient for 100 m waterproof watches without any additional protection.
