1、水泵不出水
No water are
runing out
1、引水不够真空泵抽吸空气不尽
2、进水管路进气
3、水泵转速太低
4、吸程太高
5、水泵转向不对
6、输水高度超过规定
1.The diversion is not engouth or the
vacuum pump does not remove all air
2.Air suction for inlet pipes
3.The rotate speed of pump is too low
4.Suction head is too high
5.The turnning direction is not right
6.Water delivery height exceeds stated
one.
1、继续加灌或抽气
2、检查并堵塞之
3、用转速表检查予以调整
4、降低安装位置减少吸程
5、改变旋转方向
6、减少输水高度

4、注意填料的冷却情况，填料的的调整，不可太紧，以液体能一滴一滴漏出为准，500HW-11混流泵，填料太紧发热、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液体漏损过多，混流泵，降低效率。

attention to the cooling condition of padding.The padding can not be too tight，
it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the
padding is too tight which c***umes power.If the padding is too loose， the
fluid leaks too much， the efficiency will be lower.
