ESBAND Depending on the type of application or paper, for this we recommend different tape surfaces with the following surface textures:
• uncoated
• impregnated
• middle zone coated
• completely coated
Garniture tapes are manufactured in lengths of 1,400 to 6,500 millimetres, widths of 8.5 to 90 millimetres and thicknesses of 0.5 to 0.68 millimetres.
ESBAND We manufacture garniture tapes for the cigarette industry from linen (natural fibre – physiologically safe), aramid (high-tech synthetic fibre – high tear resistance and temperature resistance) or polyester. Material combinati*** are also possible. With these, the properties of the individual components are combined to create materials with completely new properties.
Our suction tapes provide optimum running properties for a very wide range of tobacco blends. A variety of surface textures are required for this. With different tape roughnesses (from very rough to ***ooth) and air permeability values, we offer a broad product range for all tobacco types and blends.
We manufacture suction tapes in lengths of 800 to 12,000 millimetres and widths of 6 to 30 millimetres.
Preferred materials are ESBAND polyamide (synthetic fibre) of the physiologically safe material PEEK (high-tech fibre).
