ContiTech康迪泰克马牌基准长度
当三角带绕皮带轮转动弯曲时,ContiTech康迪泰克马牌三角带长度和宽度均保持不变的层面称为中性层。在规定的张紧力下,沿三角带中性层量得的周长称为基准长度,又称公称长度。ContiTech康迪泰克马牌三角带主要用于带传动的几何尺寸计算和三角带的标记,其长度已标准化。另外国内三角带的长度,还有用内周长和外周长表示的。
ContiTech康迪泰克马牌组成部分:普通的橡胶材质的三角带一般由包布层、伸张层(顶胶)、强力层(抗拉层)和压缩层(底胶)等部分构成,
不同部分的作用如下所示:
1.包布层,包布层是由斜截成45°的平纹胶帆布(主要是全棉帆布和涤棉帆布)组成,ContiTech康迪泰克马牌三角带具有优良的伸缩和摩擦性,能连接各个部分成为整体,保护其他部分不受磨损、浸蚀,并能增加V带的挺括性的作用。
2.伸张胶层,伸张胶层是由弹性较高,并具有优良的伸张性能的胶料组成,承受V带在运转弯曲时的拉伸应力,并对强力层起到缓冲保护作用。
3.ContiTech康迪泰克马牌三角带强力层,强力层是V带的骨架,主要的种类有聚酯线绳、聚酯钢化棕丝、芳纶线绳和浸胶帘子布等,作用是承受V带在运转过程中所产生的拉伸等应力,是三角带传动过程中的主要受力部分。
4.ContiTech康迪泰克马牌三角带缓冲胶,聚酯钢化棕丝带芯或是线绳带芯的三角带在强力层的周围,有一层同带芯具有良好粘附强度的胶料,即为缓冲胶,它起到固定带芯的作用,并能吸收三角带在高速运转时频繁变形产生的动态剪切应力。
5.压缩胶层,压缩胶层是由耐弯曲疲劳性能优良的胶料组成,承受三角带在运转弯曲时所产生的压缩应力,保持三角带的刚度和弹性,并起着增大三角带截面及与带轮的摩擦接触面,提高传动效率的作用。
由于不同部分的作用不同,故所用的橡胶配方也不同
