●非旋转扶正器（FWZ型）：非旋转稳定器（橡胶套稳定器）是钻井作业中为保护井壁不受刮削而制作的专
用工具。在钻井过程中非旋转稳定器依靠芯轴体传递扭矩，而橡胶扶正套与芯轴体是滑动配合，可以相对运动，
因此扶正套只起支承井壁的作用。
Non-Rotaing Stabilizer
non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer )is a special tool in drilling to ***oid blade wear and wall damage. During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively, as a result, the sleeve plays a role of supporting of holewall. The sleeve is made of special elastic material and fixed by a latch clutch to prevent from rotating. When installed in the drill string, the protruding part of drill pipe can’t touch the casing’s inwall,so that reducing the chance of colliding, wearing, and deforming as well as prolonged the piecing of drill pipe’s life.
