PEM® type PF11 / PF12 family of panel fasteners provides design flexibility by offering three styles of installation types, each h***ing the same profile or look above the sheet or panel into which it is installed. The various mounting types include self-clinching, flare-mounted, and floating styles. The standard selection of knobs include knurled or ***ooth metal caps and plastic PEM C.A.P.S™.
The low-profile design satisfies many functional and co***etic requirements. Types PF30, PF31, and PF32 h***e a convenient, large slotted head for tool or finger operation. As well as type PF50, with a convenient large head and a Phillips recess for tool or finger operation.
Type PFHV is a low cost, ***all, compact and low profile design for limited access areas. Universal slot / Phillips recess standard with two screw lengths ***ailable.
Type SCBR spinning clinch bolt installs by simply pressing it into a properly sized hole. The controlled clinching action permanently captivates the screw and spring in the panel and allows the screw to spin freely in the sheet.
Type PF*** installs into stainless steel sheets HRB 88 or less. Also has a fully concealed-head for tool only access. UL approved and ***ailable in assorted screw lengths.
Types PSL2 and PTL2 are for use in sheets of HRB 80 or less. Quick lockout feature of the PTL2 holds plunger in retracted position and reverse side of sheet is flush when plunger is retracted.
