作用原理:
SL-090离子风鼓可产生大量的带有正负电荷的气流,可以将物体上所带的电荷中和掉,当物体表面所带电荷为负电荷时,它会吸引气流中的正电荷,当物体表面所带电荷为正电荷时,它会吸引气流中的负电荷,从而使物体表面上的静电被中和,达到消除静电的目的。

Product Details:
DR. SCHNEIDER PC SL-090 Ionizing Air Blower is a high-efficient wide-range electrostatic eliminator, which is designed to solve electrostatic problems in severe industrial environment. It is an industrial product with its air flow covering a wide area. The product can reduce the accumulation of stubborn charges incurred during cutting, bending, conveying and packaging of plastic parts. The built-in high-voltage generator is provided.
Operating Principles:
SL-090 Ionizing Air Blower can produce c***iderable air flows carrying both positive and negative charges, which can neutralize electric charges on the object. When the object surface is negatively charged, it will absorb positive charges from air flow; when positively charged, it will absorb negative charges from air flow. In this way, the electrostatic charges will be neutralized and thus eliminated from the object surface.
Product Features:
It is applicable to large-area electrostatic elimination, characterized by quick neutralization of electrostatic charges, stable performance and adjustable ionizing air volume. The product is provided with ion emitter cleaner, built-in blower and high-voltage generator.
