Line transformers

Pikatron develops and manufactures all types of power transformers for 50Hz or 400Hz supply:
Laminated core transformers with all current laminati*** up to 1kVA, low diffusion toroidal core transformers and top quality C-core transformers up to 2kVA. Whether in housing, encapsulated, impregnated, surface mounted, in multi-chamber design or with safety bobbin – we work entirely according to the design of your choice.

Signal transformers

Pikatr*** signal transformers are used in both studio technology and ***iation/aerospace applicati***. Manufactured in all workable core forms, they are well-known for their superb tran***ission qualities, minimal diffusion and compact size. Whether in audio applicati*** or monitoring systems, for example as current transformers in the tran***ission and conversion of test signals, our outstanding expertise in the application of appropriate materials and designs is at your disposal.

Switched-mode transformers

Switched-mode transformers h***e come to replace traditional mains transformers at many sites. With their high working frequency, these transformers can be manufactured in a much more compact form and still achieve comparable performance. Applicati*** range from industrial electronics and medical technology to traffic control and environmental technology.

And if you need transformers with capacities of more than 10kW - no problem. Our optimal winding c***truction ensures ***ooth operation.

Chokes

Pikatron chokes are used across the widest possible range of applicati***: in switch modes, as ***oothing chokes, PFC chokes and filter chokes, for radio interference suppression or as frequency-fixing components in oscillation circuits. We use a wide variety of core materials and, depending on frequency and capacity, mixed-core and specialized designs are also ***ailable. Designs range from miniature ***D models to chokes for several hundred amps.

Antenna/RFID

Whether in stock surveillance or in production, in controlled-entry systems (e.g. in ski-lifts) or in livestock management, transponders and antennae systems are now essential in today’s environment and Pikatron is an expert in the field. Our range extends from the simplest loop frame to large-scale warehousing antennae.
