For controling of technical systems IL Metronic offers sensor modules, probes and measurement devices for direct and absolute dew point measuring according to the CCC (Condensate Controlled Capitance) - technique of Heinze. It is based on the bedweing of a choosen Si chip (stray field capacitor), whose streamlines of the field interfuse the condensed water and cause a fast capacity change due to the changed capacitvity. | ||
