Genreal description of Hydranor VB25, VB30 and VB40 Multi Block

TheVB25,VB30andVB40are multi blocks intended for running winches and designed for fixed pump system.

Flow rates from 200 l/min up to 800 l/min nominal, and max working pressure 210 bar. Typical applicati*** are different types of winches used on fishing boats and trawlers.

Hydraulic marine winch blocks for variable pumps

6MB,7MBand8MBare complete multi blocks for control of hydraulically driven winches, connected to pressure compensated/ring line systems.6MB,7MBand8MB units are prepared for marine surroundings. Typical application/winches are mooring and anchor winches. We interface all brands of hydraulic winch motors with either adapter plates or directely to the motor. Flow capacities are in the range 30 - 650 liter/min.

Our new  compact10MB  multi block, released in desember 2009, is tailor made to fit the ***all and medium size marine vessel winches such as anchor, mooring and capstan winches, as well as other hydraulic functi***. This unit can also be interfaced to all brands of hydraulic motors as the other units above. Flow capacity for the new block is 150 -300 liter/min.

Hydranor has for several decades designed and manufactured Control Valves for this market, and h***e made use of all our experience and know how when designing the new Control Valve.

The Hydranor  Sandwich valve system is a based on more than 40 years experience in design and production of hydraulic valve units. Hydranor products are especially designed for marine applicati***. They are well known for their excellent operating characteristics and high reliability even under extreme conditi***.

Hydranor Sandwich Valves System c***ists of an inlet unit and a number ofdirectional valve units of Sandwich platedesign. The flow for each direction unit may be set individually. The units are designed to be easy connected together, numbers of units depend upon applicati***.

The system c***ists of one connecting unit, and at least one directional valve unit.
