圆盘破碎机安装及使用注意事项

 1.试车前必须检查各紧固件是否旋紧，用手转动皮带轮是否灵活，发现不正常应予以排除方可试车。
    2.开车时不得使两磨盘抵紧，以防启动困难。
    3.试样硬度不可超过中等硬度，否则影响磨盘的耐磨性。
    4.发现粉碎的物料通过调节机构的调整仍达不到技术要求，则应考虑磨盘间隙的调整，调整磨盘的平行度。
